Our locality has been facing continuous menace of dogs who regularly defecated on the roads and creates noises at odd hours in the night. Even little children and passer-by also feel threatened owing to these dogs. Thus, I am requesting you to please send the dog catching squad to arrest these dogs and sterlise remaining...
