Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Encroachment of road

It is here by submitted that the Jain Mandir Committee has constructed iron polls on the road at almost 2.5 Feet away from the mandir wall of almost 4 feet to create a reserved parking for the visitors without any prior approval, people of the society tried to stop them from doing so but the committee members was least bothered and even threatened me and other society members to not to interrupt and said you people cannot do anything as we have political links as well by associating name of Sh. Nirmal Jain with it, my concern being a civilized citizen is that since at the end of the street there is a school situated where thousands of students come for there schooling, there is a reasonable possibility that those iron polls might lead to injury or even death to the students of the school and to children of our home as well. Further i would like to bring to your kind notice that if in case there would be any unforeseen circumstances like fire or any other emergency even the ambulance or fire brigade won't get the space to enter inside the street to control that situation. I sincerely request you to kindly order to remove those iron polls as soon as possible and oblige the society.
