Regret to inform you that there is lot of encrochment on footpath as well as on roads in Tilak Nagar Market ( old & new market ) .Ones in a while it had been removed but very next day they are back on the roads. Although there is a police picket but of no use. It is very difficult to pass that road even in day time. You're requested to look into the matter & resolve the issue on permanent basis.
