Continuation of letters dt. 04.07.2014, 10.12.2014, &16.03.2015 on above mentioned subject,
1. M/s premsays bakers, shop no. 5, Gr.floor shop no.3, first floor& shop no 3 second floor demolished original structure of the shops, encroached the passage & constructed new encroached structure(ie. front, back, right&left enlarged encroachments)thereby reducing the passage.Stairs from 1st &2nd floor have been constructed (back side of shop in air on passage), which is landed on encroached shop on DDA land.(Encroached stall is besides the Veg.stall no. 11 &back side of shop above mentioned, passage is covered with iron sheets.
2. Paramjit sing tenant of veg Stall no.1 encroached the area of more than stall no 1, in front of stall no 1.
3. Eight air conditioners installed outside the shop 1, 2, 3&4 which is a great nuisance to the customers coming to the market &passage is spoiled by water, blowed hot air by air conditioners Space encroached by Shop no 2, 3 Gr.floor, first floor&second floor. Was this information helpful? |
