[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Garbage thrown on roads

Please treat this as urgent and serious. If you cannot resolve this, please suggest the concerned department (state of centre) where I should lodge this complaint. The garbage collectors in the Mangalam Area, Patparganj (Near Mother Dairy) have thrown the whole garbage in the road. The road is stinking for 3 days. Please do the needful.
