Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Grievance Management System doesn't work

Grievance Management System doesn't work North Delhi Municipal Corporation has provided the "Grievance Management System" to lodge the complaints But I believe not one from MCD even look at these complaints. I have logged a complaints on this portal in 4/30/15 but the status of the complaint is still same from the time it is logged. If not one look at this complaints then what is the purpose of providing such facility.
