Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — hardayal municipal public library

I am a member of hardayal municipal public library my complaint against the facility of AC (air conditioner). I am a student and I have a membership but when we all students read in library we all feel more suffocation because AC not working we all can't concentrate on reading due to this issue. I request you take some action against it. Thanks
