Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Illegal and unauthorised construction

To, The Commissioner, South Delhi Municipal Corporation, Green Park, New Delhi. Subject – Complaint regarding illegal construction on the terrace of Apartment (beyond third floor) and also in Lower Ground Floor (reserved for parking) situated at : - Block – A, Plot No – 182, Khasra No – 322, Neb Sarai Village. Dear Sir/Madam, I am a resident of Plot No – 182, Khasra No –322, Neb Sarai Village. The Apartment consists of total three floors (Upper Ground, First, Second and Third) and lower ground for parking, and each floor has four flats. At the time of sale agreement of our flats was signed, there was no construction on the terrace but now somebody is forcefully constructing on the trace without taking permission from the owners and also constructing extra flats in lower ground floor, which is illegal and it is also dangerous for other flats in the same apartment. So this is a kind request from the South Delhi Municipal Corporation to stop this illegal construction and help us in living peacefully. Thanks and Regards Prateek Kashyap
