Shri Ram Roop Ram s/o Late Hira Lal r/o RZA-17A, Gali No. 3, Dwarka Puri(Vijay Enclave), Dabri-Palam Road, New Delhi-110045 is doing Illegal Construction at Second Floor of his house although a civil suit is pending adjudication at Dwarka Courts. In the Court of Shri Vipin Kumar Rai, Ld. Civil Judge. The above illegal construction may be kindly stopped immediately and demolish the current illegal construction. Complainant's is the resident of the adjacent house where illegal construction is going on, as given under:- Inder Dev Kumar Singh s/o Late Sadhu Saran Singh r/o RZA-18, Gali No.3, Dwarka Puri (Vijay Enclave), Palam-Dabri Raod, New Delhi-45.
