[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — illegal construction in B-16A, Rajdhani Apartment, Dilshad Colony, Delhi-95.

Dear Sir, In B-16A, Rajdhani Apartment, Dilshad Colony, Delhi-110095, over the top floor of the building illegal construction is progressing. Generally in Dilshad colony the building plan approved is for ground+2 floors only, i.e. ground+First Floor(Upper Ground)+Upper First Floor(2nd floor). Already the builder made the Third Floor illegally and sold to dwelling unit owners. At the UFF(2nd floor) there is no cross beam on the roof, hence putting more load on the roof will decay and puncture the roof in the long run. Hence the same is already informed to the persons who intend to make the illegal constructions, viz. Mr.Purohit and Mr.Rana. Thus construction on top of the already illegally constructed third floor will endanger the life of the building and may cause for the collapse. Hence requesting for urgent attention from the concerned authorities at the earliest.
