TO, MCD North & DDA Naraina Vihar, New Delhi Sub: Illegal construction on roof top PUNJABI CAMP, MANGOL PURI, OUTER RING ROAD, OPPOSITE VIDYA VIHAR, WEST ENCLAVE Dear Sir, Despite repeated complaints to MCD, DDA, NGO'S FOR PUNJABI CAMP, MANGOL PURI, OUTER RING ROAD, OPPOSITE VIDYA VIHAR, WEST ENCLAVE is continuing to raise illegal construction on our common roof. HE HAVE MANY TYPE OF DOGS. HE IS A VERY CRUEL PERSON. HE DID NOT GIVE FOOD TO DOGS, SO DOGS BARKING REGULARLY. It will cause disaster and lose of lives and property. This is also infringing the rights of the block residents. Please act fast and stop illegal construction & save our lives and property.
