i syed rafat resident of 3910 1st floor Irsahd a.p.t. gali jagat cinema jama masjid delhi 110006.i already submit 3 times complain at mcd office and jama masjid police station and From both side i didn't get any help or justice.now when i go to jama amsjid police station regarding my complain they abuse me and said i[censored] come again here we put a false case on u and put u in jail.yesterday 2 mcd people come and took bribe from the builder and gone, no action has been taken.is this INDIA?
