Hello,
We are resident of Dr Mukherjee Nagar & for long time we are facing a problem that is a Shop where Mechanical work of A.C's, Fridges, washing machines been doing for year where they use Cylinderical Gas for Reparing which is very harmful as shop is located in PURE RESIDENTIAL not even Mixed Land usage.Small Temple in front & very conjusted place to pass.
As residents our CARS, Young Kids are even not safe in street.There is no park of big open to escape from any emergency.Who would be responsible for any mishappening if occurred, they work till late night which is not legally allowed in Residential.He is having a small shop rest property is owned by others living they are also facing same problem.
So, i would request you to please take some strict against shopkeeper.Residents have complained many times personally but he is doing his own.Please do let us know whether we can live in residential? if you won't seize his shop we will only have solution to live in commercial or industrial area.Hope to get solution very soon.
