To MCD Commissioner, South-West Delhi This is to inform you about numerous illegal pool table being run without proper licenses and verifications in residential colonies in Basements. They are thriving with each passing day, never paying any Service Tax as made mandatory under the new rules of Delhi Government and Municipal laws. They are run without proper licence located in C-507 J.V.T.S GARDEN area of Chhattarpur Extension is being run in a basement, since 2012.Owner was selling beer and liquor there but after police complaint he stopped it. Police complaint has been done regarding illegal pool table as they are not authorized to take action so they forward the case to MCD south but no legal action has been taken till date. The Owner name is Sunny. I have every papers of complaint attached with the letter of RWA Jvts garden and RWA Chattarpur extention.Please look into this matter. Regards. Vikas Tyagi [protected]
