Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Increasing number of Stray Dogs

I am a resident of 3-block, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi. From past 2 months, there has been increasing number of stray dogs around our house. All of them sit on our cars and put scratches all around the surface and windows. Also, they keep barking all through the night.
