Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Lights Not Working

I live in Jyoti Nagar, Shahdara and there are no lights working in West Jyoti Nagar park. At night the park is fully dark. Due to this it has become a place of drinking and eve teasing. Girls have stopped going there at night. There are also couples who come there to take advantage of dark. Kindly look into the issue and get the lights repaired.
