Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — No facility for online customer to claim Tax Rebate for Senior Citizen

Dear Sir, I have been paying my property Tax on line for several years. I had turned 60 years of age in year 2014. While filing my property tax return for 2015-16 online and entering property ID, I get tax value witout rebate with no option to modify it to include rebate for senior citizen. Please advise and correct the online format. Further, it does not give any option for payment through net banking and does not process SBI Debit card. Please help.
