Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — No proper water drainage and terror of street dogs

We are the residents of bapa nagar, padam singh road, karol bagh (landmark : near vijay chawk, bses transformer). since the last road has been constructed by mcd there is no water drainage system. all the dirty water is accumulating on the streets and we are facing problems of commuting. please look into and arrange for road water drainage system also the no of street dogs have been increased who bites us if came late to home. please arrest these street dogs
