Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Overflowing drains, flooded roads and flyovers

MCD has NOT cleaned the drains along the Outer Ring Road from Nehru Place to R&R Hospital. Today's first rains has showed that MCD work is totally lacking. With hardly an hours rain, all roads from Chirag Delhi, Panchsheel flyover, Munirka to Vasant Vihar were flooded till the height of the pavement and many cars were stalled due to the waterlogging. This is supposed to be the capital of India! Where is the responsibility of MCD here? We do not expect such shoddy service, after paying heavy taxes all year round. The driving was bumper to bumper, hence could not take any photos. I don't think you need proof, you will see tomorrow's newspapers' photos.
