[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Parking in Jasola district center, New Delhi

Dear Sir,

In Jasola, near Elegance Tower, Parking vendor is collecting RS-50/- for after 4 Hrs, so sir this is very high amount for Two wheeler.
But as per my knowledge MCD is giving the permission to collecting parking charge only Rs10/- for 9 hours.

So kindly take a strict action as soon as possible.
Along with he is unauthorised parking due to bike is stand on road.

I have attaching a proof of new parking slip.

i am also faced the same problem near Jasola (Near Regius Elegance Building). They also showing a board of MCD for proof but i have a doubt on notice board which is on parking stand.

If parking charge is Rs. 50 then it's really so huge increment in once approx more than 500%( 10 to 50 for two wheeler and 20 to 100 for four wheeler). It's not a good way to increase parking charge as much in once.

MCD is want to take some action on this, otherwise we are forced to take a legal for our consumer right in consumer forum .

Parking in front of Jasola District Centre is unauthorised and parking vendor is charging Rs 20 per hour.Kindly look into this matter.

I come from Kalkaji to Jasola District Centre for job on my bike. The distance of my office from my home is 6 km so two way distance stands at 12km which is equivalent to 17 Rs/day( assuming my bike mileage @ 45kmpl and petrol rate at INR 63/ltr). So, the reason of this whole calculation is to point out that my travel cost of INR 17/day is less( infact just one third) than the parking rate of INR 50/day. Give a thought SDMC. Is it justified to take so much of parking charges from poor two-vehicle passengers??.

I am a resident of Jasola Vihar and want to state that there is huge dump of garbage all around colony.

We get up in the morning and the first view we get is of grabage dump in front of the balcony.There are several government land which are under construction for flats and schools in progress but no focus is being done on the garbage.

I live in society flat but am surprized to see people living around those garbage dumps.

Request to take up some action to clear the garbages lying everywhere.Infact a major portion of the land is covered by them only.

Please take some action to clear up the same.

Dear Sir,

Can SDMC clarify if they have given parking contract to anyone in front of DLF TOWER JASOLA, since last 2 days as it used to be free parking. Some person is collecting money and even issuing receipts for car parking on the road and the pavement meant for walking. This has resulted road being blocked.
