I want to draw your kind attention toward the problem we are facing due to the House No. B-2/389-390, Sector-6, Rohini, Delhi-110085, owner of the house is Bajrang Sharma (Mob +91 [protected]).
1. This is the pair of 26 meter plot and has 4 story constructions, with mounti on the roof. The owner is not residing here and this is on the rent.
2. In the 4th floor, there is IDEA DSA prepaid/postpaid office/call center. Here, around 15-50 employees are working. They all have bikes and parked them inside the square, when we told them to park it outside then they started parking it on the roadside areas and obstruct the main gate entry as well. In emergency we are not able to use our vehicle as they block main entry. This is so frustrating that we have been living here for last 26 years and facing such a inconvenience.
3. This IDEA DSA is remained open for 24*7, which make nuisance to all nearby. These people works in (day/Night) shifts and whenever the shift ends they make groups and make noise and use abusive language regardless day or night. While leaving they start their bikes in a manner which creates so much noises (I do not understand the logic behind this). This is the extreme limit, even we are not able to sleep at night due to this disturbance.
4. The door of the house always remains open, there was incident when someone broke into the neighbor house at midnight. We cannot inquire/question/judge anyone who is standing in our square during the midnight since door always remain open. It creates very insecure environment.
5. There is Vehicle which always comes at midnight 3 times in a week. It also creates so much noise and the nuisance to all the nearby residents. They are very proudly saying that it will remain same. They park the vehicle in front of my gate and at midnight around 12-1 clock. We have to keep our eyes open till the vehicle moves out since it can be any sort of illegal activity. This is very frustrating and inconvenient to all.
6. Sometimes they get drunk and quarrels/celebrate at midnight and when we told to calling the police then, they have the one answer "Jo karna hai kar le, police kya udkah legi". We first try to call the owner but usually he never pick up the call and disconnect the call as he knows all the situations and do not want to get involved. This is very irresponsive behavior from the owner. If he is not able to have controls on things then there is no use to make suffer everyone without any mistake.
7. There is a tuition center also running in other floors (3-2) where again so many students come on their vehicle and they also park the same way the IDEA DSA people do. There is only 8 house of 26 meters in the square and parking of this building is around 30-50 vehicles (vary timings). Can it be justified and it is the daily routine for them. They tuition center behave same way in terms of parking. They call us and behave very rudely specially with females.
8. When we stop them to park in the square, they even abuse the ladies and ignored everything and replied "Tere baap ke parking hai kya, mere jo maan karega karoonga". They do not have sense and Etiquettes talk to ladies and they do not have any right to park their own vehicle in front of someone else residents. This is very common thing if it is being repeated on daily basis.
9. Last week the owner of the house tried to install the Radiation Tower at roof illegally. All the parts and instruments reached to the place in sharp morning so that no one could notice and kept the parts inside the building but luckily we got to know things and then group together and stop the same. you can still see the wiring was done for the same. Our residents are within the range of 100 meters to the Government school and any tower cannot be installed near the school and without the permission of all residents.
10. There is so many instances when we have (other residents) parked our vehicle and it was hit by some other vehicle/s. It causes both mentally and financially damaged to us. The main reason behind this is the commercially (House no.389-390) parking.
11. This commercial building is not fulfilling most of the PROVISIONS OF MIXED USE as per MCD.
12. THE SQUARE HAS UN-EVEN SURFACE AREA AND IT HAS BEEN DONE WITH THE INTENTION THAT NOBODY CAN PARK ANY VEHICLE IN FRONT OF THEIR HOUSE. THIS IS CAUSE A HUGE INCONVENIENCE TO ALL OTHER RESIDENTS. MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE ON RENT HERE THEY ALWAYS ARGUE/ABUSE AND FIGHT FOR THIS ISSUE. THEY DO NOT PARK ANY SINGLE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF THEIR HOUSE. IT HAS BEEN IN TREND SINCE THE DAY THEY HAVE CREATED THE UN-EVEN SURFACE. AS PER MCD THE SQUARE MUST HAVE THE EVEN SURFACE AREA FOR ALL THE RESIDENTS.
I request you to please take the necessary strict action against the owner and understand him about these problems/issues, however we all have discussed the same with him so many times. We want to live in peaceful manner and do not want to make suffer anyone else. Was this information helpful? |
