Hi, I would like to lodge a complaint against below mentioned property owner:- Property ID[protected] Name – Shiv Kumar Verma Address - 315-B, 315-B, sant nagar, east of kailash, new delhi.110065 This property owner is not filling his property details and submitting required Tax to government. He is stealing the property tax and encroached the plot area. 1) He has mentioned in his property details that he has only 4 floors whereas he has constructed recently an additional floor last year December 2013. 2) All the floors except first floor is rented out at approx. INR 20, 000 / Month 3) He has also encroached the park area for construction of his house. Please take required action against him by validating his property blue print approvals, Construction details and property tax for last 5 years. All his floors have been on rent since 2009. Updated by Vijay265 Please be informed there has been no action taken on this complaint since last several days. The owner is still renting out the Property and not submitting property tax for rented accommodation. Also the electricity billing is residential whereas, uses for commercial purpose.
