Sir Most respectfully it is humbly submitted that I Shraddha Malik r/o 8/125 first floor geeta colony Delhi 110031. There are so many stray dogs in my area which bite the passers by and run after the playing children in the street. There is an MCD office in front of my house where 3-4 black dogs stay who are the most dangerous for the residents.
