01.05.2014 The Zonal Officer M.C.D New Delhi-35 Sub: Regarding unauthorized construction at B-146, Subhadra Colony, Sarai Rohilla, New Delhi-35 Dear Sir, I hereby inform your goodself that the unauthorized construction has been progress at the above premises at the 2nd Floor of the above property. I am the resident of the same premises at the ground floor which is an old construction of above more than 40 years. The owner of the 1st floor Mr. Pawan Kohli has not even took our permission for the same and also threatens we that “I cannot stop him for this unauthorized construction”. As I am ceased that the said construction can be demolished as the base of the said building is not strong enough to bear the burden of the 2nd floor. There may be the loss of lives. During the demolisation of the said property. So your goodself is requested to stop this unauthorized construction at the above premises at the earliest. Thanking you Yours Sincerely Deepak
