This is in continuation with reference to my earlier letter sent from gmail id [protected]@gmail.com and mcd grievance id grv/wsz/2014/001602 both dated june 8, 2014.
Action to clear blockage apart, no field staff has visited the site nor is there any response by phone till date.
The flooding situation is deteriorating with every passing day specially due to rain.
I therefore humbly seek your kind personal intervention for an early action.
