Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Severe problem created by stray dogs

A group consisting of several stray dogs has made life miserable for residents and passers-by in front of my house at 691, Mukherjee Nagar. Today, my daughter was about to be bitten by them soon after she came out when a few persons passing by intervened and threw stones at the dogs. Not only this, their excreta can be found strewn around in a radius of 20 mtrs, making the living in the locality a hell.
