To The Commissioner M.C.D south Date: 41114 Sub:- Sewer Blocked Dear Sir/Madam we are livining in tughalkabad exten gali no 4 RZ block, I would like to inform you that sewer line is completly blocked from last 2 months, sewage water overflowing in street due to sewer blocked unhygienic water coming back into houses, It stinks really bad and causing several diseases like dengue, Malaria etc. We have been complaining to concern authorities from last two months but no one taking prominent action against this grievance. The situation of the blocking sewer getting bad to worst. I am enclosing picture of overflowing water coming from blocking sewer then you can assume the exact scenario of the situation. kindly look into this matter positively and do the needful Thanks and Regards tughalkabad exten gali no 4

We are facing problem of blockage in our sewer system from last 25 days and we complaint in local Jal Board office they did not
response.you are requested to the needful in this matter we are badly suffering with bad smell and sewage water in front of our houses.This is also affecting children and the old People from disease It is also causing water borne diseases and breeding of mosquitoes.
So please take some action to resolve this problems as soon as possible.
