Sewer Line Blocked Outside My offic: 51/2-3, W.H.S. BLOCK, PREM NAGAR-DELHI-15

This is to inform you that the sewer outside our office is overglowing since 3-4 months but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of at basement floor and has made the smelling foul. Please help me out of this situation. My address is 51/2-3, W.H.S. BLOCK, PREM NAGAR-DELHI-15
