Hello Sir, I am agneesh jain resident of 164, arihant nagar west Punjabi bagh, delhi 110026. Mobile:[protected]. We have 10 stray dangerous dogs with 12 puppies around 8 houses. Now you can what is the issue. We can not move out. Dogs are biting every body. Please send some team and do something. Regards, Agneesh jain
