dear sir/ma'am, i would like to draw your attention towards stray dog problem the residents of c-1 block are facing. there are about 20 dogs in the block which bark & try biting every passer-by, defecate on roads and have stank up the whole area. i request you to kindly look into the matter, as it is not only a concern of hygiene but also a matter of security of children in the area. about 2 months ago, the MCD officials came to pick up the dogs but refused to get the puppies. the population of these dogs is increasing day by day kindly call for a dog catcher regards, Amit Gulati +91-[protected]
