Hi, Animal welfare is one thing but if the dogs which are present in great numbers start biting residents and workers in the colony, it's not welfare of citizens. People can't get out of their houses without sticks in their hands for protection. What are you supposed to do if you have to leave at 1 am in the night in an emergency situation and look for an auto but the dogs run after you to take your life! I hope you know that rabies is incurable. Kindly, take away the street dogs from D Block, Lajpat Nagar 1, New Delhi -110024 before more people and domestic helpers are bitten.
