dear sir, i am a resident of B-1, Minto Road new delhi-110002. there are many stray dogs roaming around the campus biting childrens and there populations are increasing rapidlly. It is very difficult for the residence of the minto road to even walk on road, childs can not play in the campus. You are requested to kindly take immediate action and intimate please.
