Hi, I am Sagar Suneja. I stay at Minto Road Complex, Govt. Flats and I would like to complain about street and stray dogs in our Area. There are around 10-12 street dogs in our area that keeps sitting on the stairs in front of our houses and barks at everyone. Recently they have bitten two children playing nearby. I am complaining on behalf of all the members of our Minto Road Complex Area that we want you to remove them from this place as they have created a big mess in these last few days.
