To The Inspector MCD Karol Bagh Zone New Delhi Subject - Street Dog bite Dear Sir, A street dog is causing unnecessary problem to us. He sits at the stair case if our flat located at top floor. He ran behind people who uses the stairs. He may bite some people one day. My complaint number to MCD is 536 but Mr. Roopnarayan from that office always gives false information, talks rudely and hangs up the phone when asked for more information. He says pick up van comes at 5 am which us incorrect as per my information. Nobody calls on the number provided. Request urgent action so than people can be saved from that dog.
