Dear Sir/mam, I am a resident of south delh khanpur extension. Since last week we are facing the problem of biting by street dongs in our colony. There are about 4-5 dogs in our street and one of them last week bite a man of our colony, therefore we all are very afraid of them and can't even walk freely.
