Hi Sir, I am a resident of Pkt-3, Sec-2 Rohini. I had lodge a complaint on no. 90 (Customer care no. North Delhi) regarding the street light problem in our area. I have called many times on the same number for follow ups, they gave me the number of Mr. Kapil (electrician) [protected].
I called him up few times, he said he will get it checked but today when i called him up, he refused and said pole light does not come under our profile, NDPL looks after that. But I had already checked with NDPL earlier, they clearly said that it comes under MCD.
I again called the customer care and asked for some senior no. they gave me the Sr. Executive Engineer no. (Mr. Bisht[protected]. When i called on this no. some junior employee picked up the phone. I explained him my problem and he promised me to give a revert on the same after half an hour or so. But the story remained the same no one responded. I called on the same no. again many times but no one picked up the phone.
I also lodge an online complaint on MCD website. My complaint no. is GRV/RHZ/2014/039392 .But all in vain. No response... :-(
Now please tell me where should i go? Whom should i contact to? If both the departments will not take the responsibility then who will do this. Please guide me on this and resolve this issue ASAP.

This mail is regarding street light complaint in Pkt-3, Sec-2, Rohini (Near Shiv Hanuman Mandir). The problem has still not been resolved. The workers came twice but first time (Sunday, 19th Oct, 14 ) they did not have the right bulb and promising for coming next day they went. Nobody came on Monday. We again complaint and yesterday two more persons came, but without doing the work they went, when my wife asked them, they said they are coming but they did not come.
Please let me know sir, when it will be done. It is a small job for them hardly half an hour work. This is diwali time and street light is not working... :-(
