To, Area Division Officer, Mulund west Mumbai-400080 Dear Sir, i am resident of Nahur village road, Mulund West, Mumbai-400080 writing this complaint as street light in our area are not in working condition from past 6 months . Due to this there are several incident like chain snatching, accidents are happening in our area.
