Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Street Lights - Park Side - Not working

Dear Sir Greetings of the day There is a major problem of two lights which are built in the water pump area of Kasturba Niketan Complex Lajpat Nagar II New Delhi -110024 These lights do not work since the very first day. And the road for the passerbys is so dark that it becomes difficult forthe old people and children to walk away at night from that place. We have many times requested MCD and other people to get the lights operative but till date no action has been taken. Every department says its not under them. Then who is going to solve this issue.
