Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — sweeper not attending the work

Hello I am resident of B1498 Shastri Nagar-110052. There are two sweepers in my area one female and male. They collected all the garbage in front of my car or gate because of this many times rats come in my car. I asked them many time why you guys do this, there is blank parking in my right aide and khandar house in my left. But they don’t want to listen. Because of this my people put roti and garbage in that someone through water in the garbage sometimes. It creates the problem of mosquitoes as well. Can you please look in that matter and asked them why they do this type of work. I am sharing the picture you can clearly see that in the pictures
