Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — 'Thelaas" in front of my house

We are residents of A-5 Batla House Chowk since 1969 and has been a very disciplined and well being family. My neighbor from A-4 Batla House Chowk has put two 'Thelaas' in front of my house. He is charging money from these 'thelaas' and causing inconvenience to us. These "thelaas' are not only blocking the passage of my house but also causing lot of garbage. This garbage is causing lot of mosquitoes and flies. A few days back, my sister has come to stay for a few days. She got bitten by a mosquito caused by this garbage and suffered from dengue. Everyday these 'thelaas' are causing lots of garbage and crap material in front of my house. Request you to get rid of these 'thelaas' in front of my house.
