Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Too many stray dogs creating chaos in community

Our community is suffering due to the chaos created by stray dogs. Many have been bitten by them, others are unable to survive in the peaceful environment due to the noise created by them. I have called to register the complaint against this but have got no response. I am fed up to move from pillar to post but still highly dissatisfied with the response I have got. Please look into this matter on urgent basis else I have file a RTI as it is getting beyond our limits.
