Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — too much street dogs.

I am residing in Sadatpur colony, Delhi-110094. In our locality there are too many street dogs and wondering here and there. As a student I got very irritated when I try to study at night but dogs bark and fight with each other. Also the guest coming are also frighten due to too much dogs. Therefore I request you to take neccesary action to solve this problem
