To, Dupty Commissner South Zone, Green Park New Delhi Dear Sir We are the residents of C-223-224 paryavaran Complex (Near MCD School Saidulajab) living under great stress threat because o[censored]nauthorised construction at the 5th floor. We undersigned residents, have been requesting Mr. Rawat, owner of top floor flat not to construct because its a threat to the building. But Mr. Rawat does not stop illegal construction of the flat.
