Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Unauthorized construction and breaking of seal

There is unchecked and fearless illegal and unauthorized construction in connivance with the police and the MCD officials. The nexus of the MCD and the Police with the builders / the person responsible for the illegal and unauthorized construction could be inferred and judged from the fact that despite of the High Court Orders to stop and take action against the illegal and unauthorized construction, the SDMC Officials and the police in the name of compliance of the high court orders simply put the seal at the gate of the property for a second which was broken by the builders and his associates in the presence of the MCD Officials and the Police. They openly and publicly claimed to have paid a sum of 7.00 Lakhs to the SDMC officials and also to the police. But they did not take any action. The address of the property referred herein is as under:- H.No. 689 (Portion in front of Sh Shiv Kumar Bhardwaj), Chirag Delhi, New Delhi -110017. Will the commissioner, SDMC / the Commissioner (Vigilance), SDMC take the cognizance of the above fact and inquire the matter and take action against the SDMC officials in accordance with law.
