[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Unauthorized Construction in Sudershan Park

I would like to your kind notice that there is massive flaunting of rules in construction of Buildings i.e unauthorized construction and Misuse of land on Plotted Residential land in Sudarshan Park, Delhi . Individuals are constructing their homes Parking + 5 Floors with extended Balconies beyond 5 ft.. Moreover, the parking area is fully used for Commercial and Industrial activities. MCD (west zone)officials are not taking the matter seriously as dozens of complaints have been made by residents of the area with no result. There is no observing authority to look into the matter. The most serious issue is after constructing 5 Floors with Parking, the individuals are using for Industrial activities without any fear of Law and order. You are requested to kindly take immediate and appropriate action against all the culprits . Thanking You
