Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — unhygenic unconstructed plot left for garbase, deseases , rats and dogs in neighborhood without ownership

Dear Sir, My name is Sunil and I resident of 110032, There is a open plot in our neighborhood which do not have even its base filled and owner has made it an open dumpyard for all the garbage . This is causing a serious issue to our family . Their are people falling sick in our house due to these unhygenic surroundings . These rats are spoiling our food and causing probability for food poisoning . During rainy season water leaks through this open plot to the base of our home causes weakening of our home base. We have requested numerious times over the period of year to the owner of this property regarding these critical issues . But this owner sounds little bully and do not even listen to us rather fights with us . After lot of efforts of talk, now i am here to write this complaint in written.
