Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — misbehave of kudawala. and demanding higher money to pickup up thrash from our home

Hello.
I am resident of sector 31 lig colony gurgaon. The usual kudawala in this locality doesn't come regularly. And when if he comes he mis - behaves with us and threaten us on daily basis that if we don't pay him 200 rs per week. He wont come regularly. But when i asked my neighbours. They only pay 100 rs. We are all girls living in this house and it become very difficult at times if the kudawala doesn't come. Apart from that behaviour of the kudawala is so rude and ill mannered. Please help us regarding this
