Dear sir,

This is to bring to your notice that mr samrat singh r/o 258 a block new friends colony is using his basement for residential purpose.
He has even weakened the structure of the building by making a septic tank in the basement making the structure of the building weak.
He has bribed the mcd junior engineer and submitted a false affidavit.

Kindly take necessary action and seal the basement and punish the je.

Updated by Sunil Kumar 1123 Dear MCD officials,
This is again to notify you that Samrat Singh Nirula r/o 258 A block New Friends Colony has bribed the JE of New Friends Colony area and is residing comfortably with his family in the basement against the bye laws.
The raid conducted by MCD on Tuesday 28th May at 16:50hrs was just a waste of time as Samrat Singh was informed by JE that raid will be conducted.
Kindly take strict action against both.
We have informed about this in PMO also.
Pls despite an honest officer for investigation.

Dear Damanpreet
I would like to advise that if the MCD does not take any action in the next 4 weeks, you can go to the court directly.
Also, it would be much better if you make an official paper written complaint with the MCD. It would be more of a bench proof if needed later.
I would also like to advise that please make sure that your accusations are true and can be backed up with proof. If not, you can be taken to the court for defamation, character assassination and false accusations against a government official and can lead you into a lot of trouble.
