The road had been drilled 5 to 6months back for some purpose and after the work had been finished, it was not repaired.. it is causing severe air pollution in the nearby areas. Before blaming other states for pollution, make sure u are doing ur duty correctly..

This is Rupesh Chaurasia a resident of Q-45 Vikas Vihar, Manas Kunj Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi - 110059. I am writing to complain about one of our neighbor who always keeps the area littered as you can see in the image attached. Though they don't get aggressive when I ask them not to litter like this but they even don't stop doing this nonsense, Also they keep fighting within themselves using very bad abusing words so loudly that they can be heard very clearly. Which is leaving a bad impact on society.
Therefore I request you to kindly find em or do something so that stop doing it especially the litter part!
Early response/solution will be highly appreciated.
