Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — no action on [protected] complaint number

There has been no action on. My complaint #[protected] filed on sdmc portal. The complaint was filed on march 08 2019. The portal shows it has been assigned but no action. I have sent wharsapp to. The assigned officer too as a reminder and also tried calling at the number provided.
